Conti was founded in 1950 in Paris by owner M. Siksik. He combined a passion for espresso and engineering, and started producing espresso machines.

In 1956 Conti moved its headquarters to Monaco, as the Prince of Monaco wanted to attract companies to build its economy. To this day Conti is based in the beautiful Monaco, overlooking the Port de Fontvieille.

Conti was one of the early adopters of volumetric technology in the 1970's, meeting a growing consumer appetite for increased automation in their devices. Automated machines was hugely popular in France and other markets.

Today Conti has combined technology and pulled in resources to extract the absolute best flavour and aroma from their espresso machines. This resulted in tripling their volume, and becoming a world known company and competitor to the espresso business.

Conti MC Ultima Features:

The Conti MC Ultima is a state-of-the-art espresso machine that embodies precision, efficiency, and customization, making it an ideal choice for high-end coffee establishments. Building upon the esteemed Monte Carlo model, the MC Ultima introduces a more compact and streamlined design, reducing its footprint by nearly 30% without compromising performance. This sleek profile is achieved through the use of sustainable, recyclable metals, ensuring both durability and environmental responsibility.

At the heart of the MC Ultima is an intuitive full-color TFT touch display, simplifying the programming and adjustment of brewing parameters. This user-friendly interface includes a multi-page 'recipe book,' allowing baristas to log and quickly access their preferred coffee recipes and brew ratios, enhancing workflow efficiency during busy service periods.

Customization is a key feature of the MC Ultima. Beyond its standard color options of Graphite Black and Papyrus White, the machine offers an expanded palette that includes 'Grey Aluminium.' The combination of high-polish gloss and super matte textured panels adds depth and sophistication to its appearance. Additionally, Conti provides bespoke options such as custom RAL powder coating, unique metal finishes, and sustainably sourced wooden accessories, ensuring each MC Ultima can be tailored to reflect the unique style of any coffee establishment.

The MC Ultima is equipped with several advanced features designed to enhance the barista's experience and the quality of the coffee served:

  • ‘Infinite Actuate’ Steam Lever: This feature grants precise control over steam flow, facilitating perfect milk texturing, even with delicate alternative milks.

  • Customizable Standby Mode: Operators can upload images or logos to display when the machine is in standby, adding a personalized touch to the equipment.

  • 42% Larger Cup Warmer: The expanded cup warmer reduces the need for cup stacking, minimizing breakages and providing a clearer view over the machine, which enhances interaction between the barista and customers.

  • Redefined Internal Layout: By reorganizing key components, the MC Ultima not only saves space but also simplifies maintenance, reducing downtime and extending the machine's lifecycle.
