The inclusion of the renowned E61 group head enhances temperature stability and extraction quality, ensuring each espresso shot is rich and flavorful. Paired with a stainless steel steam wand and hot water nozzle, the CO-01 offers versatility in preparing a variety of coffee beverages, from velvety lattes to robust Americanos.

Designed with user safety and convenience in mind, the machine features a pump stopping system that activates in the event of a water shortage, accompanied by an orange signal light to alert the user. Additionally, after two minutes of continuous pump operation, the CO-01 automatically halts and signals with a blinking orange light, preventing potential overheating and ensuring longevity. ​
