About the Lelit Giulietta X PLSVX

Lelit is well known in South Africa for its domestic range, delivering espresso machines that is approved by coffee fanatics. They have managed to bring in PID, flow control/pressure control, pre-infusion and others into domestic machines at a price point that outperforms its competitors. The Giulietta is no exception. Lelit has brought the Giulietta in to provide us with an affordable, compact commercial espresso machine that competes with top brands.

With a 10 litre boiler and rotary pump the Giulietta has sufficient capacity to serve many cups of coffee without losing pressure. The screen in the lefthand corner allows you to set the boiler temperature, for better control and extraction.

The Giulietta has E61 group heads, which some prefer due to their temperature stability, minimalistic look, easier access to cups and durability. 

Program your shots for efficiency using the buttons below the drip tray. The buttons allows you to program a set volume (volumetric) to flow and shuts off once this is extracted. This allows the barista to froth milk on the side, while the shots are running.
